The start date for this position will be the 4th January 2027 and is fully remote from training and beyond.

The Role
You'll provide tailored protection advice across:
- Life Insurance
- Critical Illness Cover
- Income Protection
Working with a steady stream of quality customer enquiries, you'll deliver compliant advice, build strong customer relationships and help clients protect what matters most.
About You
We're looking for advisers who:

- Have previous Protection Adviser experience (12 months minimum desirable)
- Hold CertPro, RO5 or an equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Are customer-focused and driven to succeed
- Thrive and self sufficient in a remote working environment
- Are highly organised and able to manage their own workload effectively

Important Information
Due to structured training schedules, we are unable to offer alternative/earlier start dates. Please only apply if you are available to start on the 4th January 2027 and have no prebooked, unmovable holiday after the first 3 weeks. We are more than happy to consider you for future intakes if holiday is an issue!

FCA Certification Regime & Conduct Rules
L&C is authorised and regulated by the FCA and is classified as an Enhanced Firm under the Senior Manager’s and Certification Regime (SM&CR). This role is subject to the 6 FCA Conduct rules and you will be expected to adhere to them at all times. (See below). Any confirmed breaches of the Conduct Rules will be reported to the FCA annually. Should you apply for a Certified role in another financial services firm then L&C may be required to disclose this information in a Regulatory Reference request.
