Self-Employed | £2,000 Monthly Retainer + Bonus | Leads Provided | UK-Based
We are looking for an experienced Protection Adviser to join our team on a fully remote, self-employed basis.
This is a strong opportunity for an adviser who wants a consistent flow of opportunities without having to generate all of their own business. You will receive hotkeys and fresh leads on a daily basis, typically around 2–5 leads per day, alongside access to existing review data that can be worked for additional opportunities.

The role:
You will be responsible for speaking with customers, completing fact-finds, identifying protection needs and recommending suitable solutions across areas such as life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection. You will manage opportunities from initial conversation through to application while maintaining a high standard of customer service, compliance, and suitability.
Availability requirement:
You must be available to take leads up until 7:00pm on 3 out of 4 days between Monday and Thursday. Friday working finishes earlier.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Protection Adviser
- Has strong knowledge of life insurance and protection products
- Is confident dealing with live leads and hotkey opportunities
- Can conduct fact-finds and make suitable recommendations
- Has strong telephone communication and closing skills
- Is comfortable working independently from home
- Is reliable and responsive when new leads are passed across
- Is currently resident in the UK
- Is able to work the required evening availability
