Howden Life & Health is an award-winning specialist insurance broker, helping clients find the right protection insurance from a carefully selected panel of insurers. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for ambitious and resilient individuals to join our Leads Review Team in Cardiff.

No previous sales experience? No problem. We provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Calling existing clients to review their current protection arrangements. (Warm leads).
  • Building rapport and understanding customers' current needs and circumstances.
  • Helping clients understand their existing cover and identifying where their protection needs may have changed.
  • Managing client records accurately across multiple systems.
  • Handling a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Achieving daily and monthly performance targets.
  • Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice.
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market changes.
  • Identifying opportunities to recommend additional or alternative protection where appropriate.

  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
