Your role
- Understand clients’ circumstances, priorities and mortgage and protection needs.
- Recommend suitable solutions within your qualifications and authorisation.
- Guide clients through applications, keeping them informed throughout.
- Build your client base through networking, referrals and ongoing relationships.
- Maintain accurate records and meet the firm’s compliance and service standards.
- Review clients’ needs as their circumstances change.
Who we’re looking for
- Strong communication and listening skills, with a professional, approachable manner.
- Self-motivation, good organisation and a commitment to putting clients first.
- Experience in mortgage advice, protection, financial services or a related client-facing role.
- Relevant mortgage qualifications, such as CeMAP or equivalent, for those seeking to advise on mortgages.
- A willingness to keep developing your knowledge and skills.
