About the Role
As a Protection Advisor, you'll work with existing customers whose mortgage deals are approaching expiry, giving you warm leads and the platform to focus on what you do best: delivering excellent advice and maximising protection opportunities. This Protection Advisor role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and has a genuine passion for helping customers secure their financial futures.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Protection Advisor will include:
- Speaking confidently with existing customers to identify opportunities to review and enhance their protection arrangements
- Providing expert protection advice tailored to individual customer needs
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Working towards or completing CeMAP 2 & 3 qualifications with full support

Requirements
- Essential: Experienced protection adviser
- Essential: CeMAP 1 qualification
- Essential: Confident communicating with customers and identifying protection opportunities
- Essential: Excellent relationship-building skills
- Desirable: Currently studying towards, or willing to study for, CeMAP 2 & 3
