Mortgage & Protection Adviser Opportunities

Full-time or part-time | UK-wide | Flexible remote/hybrid working

Supreme Financial Solutions Limited is growing its team of Mortgage and Protection Advisers. We are looking for qualified advisers, experienced sales professionals and motivated career changers who genuinely want to help individuals and families protect their homes, income and financial future.

This opportunity may suit you if you want to develop a long-term career, build an additional income stream around your existing commitments or take your established advisory career to the next level.

Your responsibilities

Depending on your qualifications and authorised role, you will:

  • Understand clients’ circumstances, objectives and protection needs
  • Provide suitable mortgage advice and recommendations, where appropriately qualified and authorised
  • Recommend appropriate protection solutions, including life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Manage enquiries, appointments, applications and client follow-ups
  • Develop new business through networking, referrals and relationship-based marketing
  • Maintain accurate records and consistently meet regulatory and compliance standards
  • Work towards agreed activity and business targets
  • Participate in training, coaching and continuous professional development

Who we are looking for

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A professional, ethical and client-focused approach
  • Self-motivation, resilience and good organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn, accept mentoring and commit time to building the role
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team
  • Previous experience in sales, insurance or financial services is advantageous but not essential

For Mortgage Adviser applicants: CeMAP, Cert CII (MP) or an equivalent recognised mortgage qualification is required.

For Protection Adviser applicants: Suitable candidates without previous advisory experience may be considered through the relevant training, assessment and authorisation pathway.
