What will you be doing?

Our team is fast-paced and high volume, handling 120-160 cases at a time. You will be managing a busy pipeline of post-submission protection cases, working efficiently to progress applications in underwriting towards an offered outcome and ensuring policies are placed on risk.

Duties include:

  • Tracking the Progress of submitted Cases in underwriting
  • Speaking to customers to obtain further information
  • Speaking to insurers and GP surgeries to manage and expedite the process
  • Liaising with Sales Managers and Protection Experts to keep them updated
  • Working with Salesforce and Google Sheets to track and manage case progress
  • Being accountable for the success of keeping the lead warm and engaged

What do we need from you?

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working within a protection or case management environment
  • Proven experience of working with a high caseload
  • Strong organisational skills to manage a busy and constantly changing pipeline of cases
  • Ability to provide a best-in-class customer experience, going above and beyond each time for your customers
  • Familiar with using CRM’s, such as Salesforce - Google Sheets/Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take on new cases or challenges

  • A starting salary of £32,000 per annum and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Additionally, you'll get an extra half day off for your birthday, a full day off if you move house, and 2 company-wide close down days per year!
  • Career Progression: Grow with us! Our Case Manager Promotion Framework offers two clear tiers to boost your base salary to £34,000 and £36,000. You can unlock these tiers through End of Year Reviews by consistently hitting your performance metrics and living Mojo's core behaviours.
  • Working Hours: This is a 39-hour per week role, structured to give you an earlier finish on Fridays!
    • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (includes a 1-hour lunch)
    • Friday: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (includes a 30-minute lunch)
