Most sales roles cap what you can build. This one doesn't.

Your effort decides your income. Your diary is yours to run. And the ceiling on what you earn only exists if you put one there.

We advise doctors, dentists, and healthcare professionals, one of the most underserved, highest-value niches in UK protection. You don't need to have worked this niche before, we'll teach you that. What you do need is the ability to give honest advice, be direct, and help someone make the right decision, even when the easier thing would be to just close the sale.

We provide the leads, the brand, and the systems. You bring the drive and the character. That's the trade.

How this works

No desk. No one watching your screen. You run your own diary, built around what actually drives your income, working from anywhere in the UK. Freedom here isn't the absence of structure, it's what you earn by following the process fully.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • 40% commission on company leads
  • 70% on business you generate yourself
  • Uncapped, both ways
  • Advisers who follow our process build real, growing income, not a one-off good month

Monday team call. Weekly 1-2-1. A sales process built specifically for this niche, backed by dedicated sales training. Follow it fully, and it works. Half-follow it, and it won't.

We want:

  • Someone with financial services sales experience. Protection experience is a genuine advantage, but not required
  • Someone who wants commission-only, not someone who's just willing to tolerate it
  • Someone who moves fast on leads and follows a process properly, not selectively
  • Someone self-sufficient, but smart enough to ask for help when it's needed
  • Someone building a career, not filling a gap between jobs

We don't want:

  • Anyone who needs a base salary or guaranteed income to feel secure
  • Anyone who'd rather be told what to do than own their results
  • Anyone who adapts or shortcuts a process instead of trusting it
  • Anyone who'd rather push a sale than have an honest conversation
  • Anyone treating this as a side hustle

If that sounds like you, and not like a stretch, we want to talk.
