Protection Adviser– Owl Financial

Owl Financial is a UK‑wide financial advice business committed to helping individuals secure the right financial protection. We provide personalised, face‑to‑face advice tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. As part of the Openwork network—one of the UK’s largest and most respected financial advice networks—we uphold exceptional standards of quality, professionalism, and customer care.

We offer a comprehensive range of protection solutions, including life cover, critical illness cover, accident protection, income protection, home insurance, landlord insurance, and mortgage advice. We also work closely with specialist partners to introduce clients to additional financial services when needed.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Protection Adviser to join our team. In this role, you will deliver personalised protection advice, helping clients understand their options and choose the right products for their needs. You’ll conduct consultations, assess financial situations, recommend suitable protection solutions, and build long‑term, trusted relationships.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

  • Generating your own leads and converting them into booked appointments
  • Meeting clients face‑to‑face or via online video consultations
  • Providing clear, friendly, and accurate financial protection advice
  • Recommending products from leading UK providers
  • Delivering excellent customer service at every stage
  • Ensuring full compliance with industry regulations and company standards

All required training and ongoing support are provided.

Requirements

We’re looking for individuals who are:

  • Self‑motivated and ambitious, with a strong drive to succeed
  • Confident in generating leads and creating new business opportunities
  • Friendly, outgoing, and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers
  • Comfortable delivering advice both in person and through online video meetings
  • Professional, trustworthy, and committed to helping clients make informed decisions
  • Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom

Experience in financial services or protection advice is beneficial but not essential—your attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
