Role Description
The Protection Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Manchester, with the flexibility to work from home when required. In this role, you will provide personalized advice on financial protection products, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions that meet their needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting client consultations
- Analyzing their financial situations
- Recommending protection products
- Building trusted relationships
Additionally, the role involves contributing to sales efforts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships effectively
- Experience in Sales and the ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Understanding of Physical Security concepts and their application to financial protection solutions
- Capability to deliver Training and guidance to clients about products and processes
- Proficiency in using technology and tools required for hybrid work
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to following industry regulations and ensuring compliance
- Experience in financial services or a related field is advantageous
