Protection/Insurance Advisor

West London | Office-based | Self-employed

An exciting opportunity for a proven salesperson to join a high-performing protection team with a ready-made pipeline of warm, qualified clients. You'll work with high-net-worth and professional clients, providing tailored protection advice across life cover, critical illness, income protection, and business protection.

The opportunity

  • Warm referrals from 8,000+ annual mortgage completions - no cold calling or lead generation
  • 60% of annual premium on every policy, paid indemnified when the policy goes on risk
  • £100k+ realistically achievable in year one
  • Top advisers earning £300k-£500k
  • £2,500/month transitional funding available for your first three months
  • Full training provided - no protection qualifications required

You don't need previous insurance experience. We're looking for someone with a proven sales track record, strong communication skills, energy, and a competitive, results-driven mindset. This is a fully self-employed opportunity with no salary cap or ceiling on earnings. You'll be based in a fast-paced office sales environment.
