✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Part- or qualified pensions actuary (or equivalent). Strong exam-stoppers will be considered
  • A combination of DB pensions knowledge, project delivery and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must have valuations experience and a good understanding of long-term funding strategy
  • Exposure to buy-ins, de-risking activity or complex pension projects would be advantageous
  • Strong communicator able to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Be able to hit the ground running
  • With the ability to project manage and be able to evidence this
