About the Role
As a Provider Relations Analyst within Network Management, you’ll manage and develop strategic relationships with healthcare providers across the European network. You’ll serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of hospitals, clinics, and specialist facilities, using provider insight and performance data to strengthen engagement, service, and long-term partnership value.
What You’ll Do
- Build trusted relationships with an assigned portfolio of providers and develop account plans that improve engagement, performance, and mutual value.
- Lead provider business reviews covering operational performance, service measures, member experience, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse claims, utilisation, direct payment activity, turnaround times, complaints, and other relevant measures to identify performance gaps and root causes.
- Coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, helping providers meet agreed service standards and contractual obligations.
- Manage provider escalations and operational concerns through to timely resolution, representing provider feedback within Cigna.
- Support provider onboarding and the adoption of Cigna processes, digital tools, platforms, and service expectations.
- Partner with Claims, Operations, Clinical, Service, Contracting, Commercial, and Network teams to deliver a consistent provider experience.

What You’ll Bring
For internal applications, at least one year of Cigna experience with a strong performance record.
For external applications, at least two years of relevant experience in account management, relationship management, healthcare operations, network management, provider management, or a comparable customer-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare system.
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical capability and experience interpreting operational and performance data.
- Availability to travel approximately 10–20% of the time for provider visits and business reviews.
