Provisioning Coordinator

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Provisioning Coordinator.

In this fast-paced, process-driven role, you’ll manage cease requests across supplier portals and internal systems, ensuring actions are completed accurately and within SLA. You’ll keep systems fully updated, liaise with suppliers to resolve escalations, maintain billing and asset records, and provide clear updates to customers and internal teams — all while delivering excellent service and working towards KPIs.

Enjoy a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekend work, full training, and a supportive team environment. This role is ideal for detail-focused, organised individuals with strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude who are eager to grow and develop. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 - 5:00/5:30 (37.5 hours)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
