Provisioning Order Manager

Neos Networks offers alternative working arrangements that give employees some flexibility, including office, home, and hybrid working.

Base location: Reading / Havant

Salary: to £35k dependent on experience + performance-related bonus + a comprehensive benefits package supporting your family, finances, and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent Full time with the option of hybrid working.

The Customer Provisioning Team is responsible for delivering seamless, end-to-end service provisioning across the Neos Networks portfolio, including Ethernet and Optical solutions. Working closely with major network partners such as Openreach, Virgin Media, Vodafone, CityFibre, Sky, and TalkTalk Business, the team ensures services are delivered accurately, on time, and to a high standard.

About the Role

As an Order Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of customer orders, proactively managing progress across multiple suppliers. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear and timely updates throughout the delivery lifecycle and ensuring a smooth handover into service. Managing expectations, resolving supplier escalations, and delivering an excellent customer experience are central to the role.

This role is critical to Neos’ success, directly influencing customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business performance through the delivery of reliable, high-quality services.

Responsibilities

As an Order Manager, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of customer orders, ensuring services are provisioned accurately, on time, and to agreed quality and commercial standards.
  • Manage orders across internal systems and supplier portals.
  • Proactively coordinate with network partners.
  • Provide clear, timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage priorities, resolve issues, and escalations.
  • Play a key role in forecasting delivery volumes, accurately providing our committed delivery date (CDD) to our customers and reducing aged work-in-progress.

By working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will help deliver a right-first-time customer experience and support strong operational and business performance.

Requirements

The role typically requires a minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics, with A-levels or vocational qualifications in Business Administration, IT, or Telecommunications being desirable but not essential.

Practical experience in order management and provisioning often outweighs formal education.

Provisioning / Order Management Experience is preferred but not essential.
