PRS Lettings & Voids Manager – Lead a High-Performing Lettings Service
Are you an experienced housing or property professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and driving performance? As our PRS Lettings & Voids Manager, you'll lead the team responsible for letting and managing voids across our Private Rented Sector (PRS), Intermediate Market Rent (IMR) and Keyworker homes, ensuring properties are let quickly, compliantly and to the highest standard.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing team, improve customer experience, reduce void loss and contribute to the growth and success of Peabody's non-core housing portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop the PRS Lettings & Voids team, driving high performance and excellent customer service.
- Oversee the end-to-end lettings and voids process, ensuring homes are let quickly, compliantly and to a high standard.
- Monitor performance, compliance and income targets, using data and insight to drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with contractors, local authorities and internal stakeholders to support effective service delivery.

What You'll Bring
- Experience managing lettings, voids or housing services within a housing association, PRS provider or property organisation.
- Experience leading teams, managing performance and delivering against challenging targets.
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance requirements and housing management best practice.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive service improvement through data and insight.
Desirable
- Experience managing PRS, Intermediate Market Rent or Keyworker housing.
- Experience working in an Estate Agency.
- Property or Housing qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
- Experience using Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
