Job Title: Portfolio Manager

Location: Ealing and central London

Reports To: PRS Operations Manager

The Role

Dealing with the day-to-day property management of residential tenanted portfolios and liaising with Client Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.

Ensuring that all activities are in accordance with the service level agreements between LSH Residential Property Management and our Clients as well as industry best practice.

This role combines private property management, corporate private rental management and social housing. Providing excellent customer service to all parties is the priority.

Duties to include:

  • Instructing essential works and compliance testing to meet legislative certification requirements
  • Arranging repairs and maintenance and refurbishments
  • Monitoring contractors and on-site works
  • Carrying out internal mid-term inspections as required
  • Ensuring the properties meet compliance and Health & Safety standards
  • Recording and reporting all compliance and maintenance issues
  • Working to budget
  • Monitoring lettings performance and void ratios
  • Recording and reporting all financial matters

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in residential property management
  • Experience in dealing with social housing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
  • Driving licence

Desirable Requirements:

  • ARLA, NFOPP or other relevant industry qualifications
  • Previous experience with QUBE, MRI, EVOLUTION or other property management systems
