PRU PE Teacher – South London
A specialist Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in South London is looking for an enthusiastic and resilient PE Teacher to join their team from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PE Teacher who understands the power of sport and physical activity to improve engagement, behaviour, confidence and wellbeing among pupils who have struggled within mainstream education.
The Role
As a PRU PE Teacher, you will deliver engaging and accessible PE lessons to pupils with a range of SEMH, behavioural and additional learning needs. You will use sport as a tool to build relationships, develop self-esteem and encourage pupils to re-engage with education.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
