Develop detailed workpacks for piping and structural activities based on engineering drawings, specifications, and site surveys.
- Define scope of work including job steps, materials, tools, welding procedures, NDT requirements, scaffolding, and manpower needs.
- Ensure that workpacks are aligned with project planning, construction schedule, and execution strategy.
- Liaise with engineering, planning, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams to ensure workpacks are accurate and comprehensive.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and safety standards.
- Support construction and commissioning teams during execution phase by resolving technical queries related to workpacks.
- Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure that workpacks are delivered and understood by the field crew.
- Manage redline mark-ups and as-built updates during and after execution.
- Participate in constructability reviews and provide input to improve construction efficiency and safety.
- Track progress and report workpack status throughout the project lifecycle.
