WE ARE HIRING!
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Interventional Psychiatry – Spravato & Deep TMS
Location: Burnsville, MN
Position: Full-Time, Outpatient
Salary: $130,000–$150,000+ annually, based on experience and level of involvement in the program
MidWest Center for Personal & Family Development is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to help us build and lead a new interventional psychiatry program at our Burnsville clinic.
This is a unique opportunity for a PMHNP who is passionate about treating patients with complex mood disorders and wants to play an active role in developing an innovative treatment program from the ground up.
About the Program
We are preparing to launch Spravato (esketamine) treatment in late fall 2026, followed by BrainsWay Deep TMS in spring 2027.
Rather than stepping into an already established model, you will have the opportunity to help shape the program, develop clinical workflows, and contribute to how interventional psychiatric services are delivered within our practice.
A dedicated treatment technician will support the program and assist with treatment operations and patient care.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management.
- Evaluate and manage patients with treatment-resistant depression and other appropriate mood disorders.
- Help develop and implement our Spravato treatment program.
- Participate in the launch and ongoing delivery of Deep TMS services.
- Assess patients for appropriateness and eligibility for interventional psychiatric treatments.
- Monitor patient progress, treatment response, and medication needs.
- Collaborate with our clinical team and dedicated treatment technician.
- Help establish clinical workflows, protocols, and best practices for the new program.
- Provide education and support to patients throughout their treatment.
- Play an active role in the continued growth of our interventional psychiatry services.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
