Role Description
This is a flexible-hours, work-from-home and self-employed position for Psychic & Chat Remote Workers who will provide live psychic readings and support to clients. Responsibilities include:

- Conducting one-to-one psychic or intuitive readings by phone
- Responding promptly to inbound phone calls
- Maintaining a calm, compassionate presence during all interactions
- Interpreting spiritual, intuitive, or psychic impressions and offer guidance while avoiding medical, legal, or financial advice
- Following established protocols, adhering to ethical standards, managing time effectively during busy periods
- Collaborating with our support team to enhance service quality
- Participating in ongoing training, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to continually develop their skills and client service approach

Qualifications
- Demonstrated psychic, intuitive, spiritual, or tarot/astrology reading ability, with the confidence to provide clear, compassionate guidance in real time
- Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to express sensitive topics clearly, respectfully, and without judgment
- Customer service experience in a supportive or advisory role, with proven skills in active listening, empathy, and de-escalation
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards while working with vulnerable or distressed clients
- Reliable attendance, time management, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
- Openness to feedback, ongoing training, and skill development in both psychic practice and client communication
- Previous experience in psychic readings, spiritual counselling, coaching, or related fields is an advantage but not essential
