Job Title
We are looking for an energetic Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to come and join our team.
About the Role
The successful applicant will provide triage assessments, guided self-help, computerised CBT and psychoeducational group treatment to clients presenting with depression, anxiety disorders and bulimic eating disorders. There are also opportunities for project work where the successful candidate will link up with professionals/charities in the community and work to improve services for our diverse community.
As a qualified PWP, you will receive regular clinical supervision with a band 7 clinician and have access to weekly training on a range of topics relevant to your role and development.
Hours
The service operates from 9am to 8pm Monday to Thursday and 9am -5pm on Fridays. The post holder will be required to work flexible hours in line with this. This can be negotiated and will include week-day evenings.
About the Location
The Sutton NHS Talking Therapies team are based at Jubilee Health Centre, which is also the base for CAMHS, secondary care services and the Home Treatment team, all of whom serve the local borough.

Responsibilities
The post-holder will work within the Sutton Talking Therapies service providing high volume low intensity interventions which will be a range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) based self management interventions to service to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
The post holder will work with people with different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary and should be committed to equal opportunities.
