This role is ideal for practitioners looking for a fully remote, flexible position that allows them to build a consistent caseload while maintaining control over their working pattern.
The Role
As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, you will deliver brief, evidence-based psychological interventions to clients experiencing common mental health difficulties.
The role is treatment-focused, with sessions lasting just 30 minutes, providing a structured and efficient way to support clients while maintaining a manageable workload.
What We Offer

- Minimum caseload of 15 clients per week.
- Weekly sessions over a six-week treatment period, providing continuity and consistency for clients.
- Ongoing contract — providing the opportunity to build a longer-term working relationship with the service.
- Highly flexible working — the service operates during evenings and weekends, allowing you to choose sessions around your existing commitments.
- 40% payment for DNAs and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, in line with the service's payment arrangements.
- Payment into a Limited Company (LTD) available, where appropriate.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
