Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP)
Fully Remote | Flexible Working | Ongoing Contract

We are looking for qualified and experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) to join our growing team on an ongoing contract basis.

This role is ideal for practitioners looking for a fully remote, flexible position that allows them to build a consistent caseload while maintaining control over their working pattern.

The Role

As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, you will deliver brief, evidence-based psychological interventions to clients experiencing common mental health difficulties.

The role is treatment-focused, with sessions lasting just 30 minutes, providing a structured and efficient way to support clients while maintaining a manageable workload.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote working — deliver sessions from wherever you work best.
  • 30-minute treatment sessions — focused, structured and clinically effective.
  • Minimum caseload of 15 clients per week.
  • Weekly sessions over a six-week treatment period, providing continuity and consistency for clients.
  • Ongoing contract — providing the opportunity to build a longer-term working relationship with the service.
  • Highly flexible working — the service operates during evenings and weekends, allowing you to choose sessions around your existing commitments.
  • 40% payment for DNAs and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, in line with the service's payment arrangements.
  • Payment into a Limited Company (LTD) available, where appropriate.
  • A supportive clinical environment with opportunities to develop your practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
