Psychologist

Location: Nuneaton, North Warwickshire
Salary: Up to £70,000 per year (pro-rata)
Hours: Part time

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Therapy Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team at our flagship service in Nuneaton.

What we’re looking for:

  • A Doctorate in Clinical, Educational, or Counselling Psychology and HCPC registration
  • Experience working with children and young people who have experienced developmental trauma and neurodevelopmental differences
  • Skilled in psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention, including individual and systemic approaches. DBT trained.
  • Ability to contribute to multi-disciplinary planning and reflective practice within care and education settings
  • Confident in delivering training, consultation, and supervision to staff teams
  • A commitment to trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and relationship-based practice
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
