Job Description
Location: Remote (UK)
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
Hours: Between 9AM-5PM: 10–20 hrs/week
Contract: Fixed term/ Permanent, on payroll
Responsible to: Clinical Lead / GP Principal

Marpe Wellbeing is a digital healthcare solution CQC-registered remote private clinic based in the UK, offering adult and adolescent psychiatry, private GP services, ADHD assessments, capacity assessments, and medicolegal services. Its multidisciplinary team includes GPs, Psychiatrists, Psychotherapists who collaborate to deliver coordinated, person-centered support.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Psychology Associate / Clinical Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of our clinical operations. You will work closely with our clinicians and patients to ensure patients receive safe, coordinated, and high-quality care across all of our service lines. You will also play an active role in the operational and quality improvement work that underpins everything we do. This remote role focused on supporting mental health and clinical care delivery within Marpe Wellbeing’s digital platform.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments
- Assisting in treatment planning
- Providing evidence-informed interventions under appropriate clinical supervision
- Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychotherapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and accurate documentation
- Participating in research and quality improvement initiatives
- Contributing to patient education materials
- Maintaining ethical and regulatory standards in all clinical interactions

Essential:
- Degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, Mental Health, Health Sciences, or a closely related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and professional clinical correspondence.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote working environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach aligned with Marpe Wellbeing’s values of Love, Holism, and Excellence.
- Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn clinic-specific systems.
- High level of discretion and understanding of patient confidentiality.
Desirable:
- Experience in a clinical or mental health setting (paid or voluntary).
- Familiarity with ADHD, psychiatry, or private healthcare pathways.
- Experience using digital record-keeping systems.
- Knowledge of CQC standards, GDPR and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
- Experience supervising students or junior staff.
