Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant – Specialist Secondary School, Birmingham

Are you a recent Psychology Graduate looking for a graduate role where no two days are ever the same? This specialist secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to help students with additional learning needs build confidence, develop independence and enjoy learning.

The Role

As part of a dedicated classroom team, you'll support pupils during lessons, deliver intervention programmes and encourage positive social interaction. You'll adapt learning activities, celebrate individual successes and help students develop the skills they need to become more independent learners.

The Candidate

Ideal for a graduate who enjoys working with young people and wants to build experience within specialist education. You'll be compassionate, proactive and willing to learn from experienced SEND professionals. A degree in Psychology provides an excellent foundation, but your attitude and commitment will be equally important.
