A highly supportive and inclusive SEN school in Reading is seeking a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time. This rewarding role involves working with children who have Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, learning difficulties, and trauma-related challenges.
This Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant position is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, Teachers, or Social Workers looking to build practical experience in a specialist setting.

Key Details:
- Role: Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Location: Reading
- Salary: £90-£105 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Start Date: ASAP
As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Help students develop emotional regulation strategies
- Support behaviour management plans
- Assist pupils in accessing learning in and out of the classroom
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
