Role Description
This full-time remote Psychologist role focuses on providing high-quality psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for adults with diverse mental health needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting structured clinical interviews
- Administering and interpreting psychological assessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Maintaining detailed clinical records
- Collaborating with psychiatrists and other clinicians to ensure integrated care

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based approaches to assessment and treatment.
- Demonstrated skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment, including structured interviews and standardized tools.
- Relevant background in Medicine or close collaboration with medical professionals to support integrated psychiatric and psychological care.
- Advanced degree in Psychology (e.g., doctorate or master’s in clinical or counseling psychology) and appropriate professional registration or licensure.
- Experience providing remote/telehealth therapy and comfort using digital clinical systems and secure communication platforms.
- Excellent clinical judgment, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development.
- Experience with adult populations presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, or burnout is highly beneficial.
