We’re looking for a Ukrainian-Speaking Therapist / Mental Health Coach
InsideOut® is growing its network of therapists and mental health coaches, and we’re looking for a Ukrainian-speaking therapists and coaches based in the UK to provide 1:1 wellbeing and mental health support to our users.
This is a flexible, hourly contract/freelance opportunity rather than a fixed full-time or part-time role.

Role Description
You will provide one-to-one virtual and in-person talking therapies to employees, delivering evidence-based interventions to address stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure holistic care. The role involves working closely with digital tools and the InsideOut® platform to offer blended therapeutic support, including guided exercises and resources. You will contribute to ongoing service development, uphold safeguarding and ethical standards, and participate in supervision and professional development activities.
Experience
- 5+ years professional experience as a therapist, counsellor, psychologist or mental health coach
- Demonstrated skills in Counseling/Coaching to support individuals with personal, interpersonal, and work-related challenges.
- Relevant professional qualification in psychotherapy, counseling, clinical psychology, or a closely related field, with appropriate registration or accreditation (e.g., BACP, UKCP, HCPC, or equivalent).
- Experience delivering virtual therapy and comfort working with digital health platforms and tools.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills, with a non-judgmental and inclusive approach to diverse clients.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries, manage risk and safeguarding concerns, and follow clinical governance procedures.
- Commitment to ongoing training, reflective practice, and staying updated with current research and best practices in mental health.

- Fluency in Ukrainian and English
- A relevant professional qualification and accreditation
- Valid professional indemnity / malpractice insurance
- A current DBS
- Membership of a recognised professional body
- Relevant professional registration/accreditation
