THE ROLE
Joining the finance team at a pivotal time, this role offers the opportunity to own key financial processes and partner with stakeholders across the business. Perfect for someone looking to make a measurable impact while developing their career.
- Manage month-end processes and prepare management accounts.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS or UK GAAP.
- Perform variance analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and reporting.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for a proactive and diligent finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to a growing organisation.
Mandatory
- Relevant qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Experience in month-end processes and management reporting.
- Technical knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, or similar standards.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
Preferred
- Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Exposure to multi-entity or group consolidation.
- Prior involvement in process improvement initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

- Salary of £30,000-£33,000 (FTE) depending on experience.
