THE ROLE

Joining the finance team at a pivotal time, this role offers the opportunity to own key financial processes and partner with stakeholders across the business. Perfect for someone looking to make a measurable impact while developing their career.

  • Manage month-end processes and prepare management accounts.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS or UK GAAP.
  • Perform variance analysis to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and reporting.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for a proactive and diligent finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to a growing organisation.

Mandatory

  • Relevant qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Experience in month-end processes and management reporting.
  • Technical knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, or similar standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems.

Preferred

  • Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Exposure to multi-entity or group consolidation.
  • Prior involvement in process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
