PART-TIME BEAUTY & FRAGRANCE ADVISOR
Salary up to £25,000 + Bonus
Central London
32 Hours / 4 days per week
We’re currently recruiting for a Beauty & Fragrance Advisor to join an established luxury beauty brand in the heart of Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for beauty, fragrance and luxury retail, who enjoys creating meaningful client relationships and delivering a highly personalised shopping experience.
THE ROLE
Joining a close-knit and passionate team, you’ll play an important part in creating an exceptional experience for every client while driving the commercial success of the boutique.
You will:
- Deliver a warm, personalised and elevated client experience
- Build and develop long-term client relationships through CRM and clienteling
- Work towards individual and store sales targets and KPIs
- Drive sales through thoughtful product recommendations, cross-selling and storytelling
- Develop strong knowledge of the brand’s products, heritage and craftsmanship
- Maintain excellent visual and operational standards across the boutique
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a welcoming and positive environment

ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience within beauty, fragrance, cosmetics or luxury retail
- A natural ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships
- A polished, warm and engaging approach
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working towards sales targets
- A genuine passion for beauty, fragrance and product storytelling
- A proactive, positive attitude and strong team spirit
- The ability to thrive within a fast-paced luxury retail environment

Previous luxury beauty or fragrance experience would be highly desirable, however we’re also open to strong luxury retail profiles with a genuine interest in developing their career within the beauty industry.
