Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced PTC ThingWorx AMS Engineer / ThingWorx Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in ThingWorx application development, enhancement, support, maintenance and production troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PTC ThingWorx, ThingWorx Mashups, ThingWorx Services, Kepware, IIoT, Industrial IoT, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON and SQL.
Experience with ThingWorx Navigate, Windchill, Kepware, OPC-UA, MQTT, PLC integrations and manufacturing solutions will be highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain PTC ThingWorx applications, Mashups, Services, Data Shapes, Events and Subscriptions.
- Develop and support ThingWorx integrations using REST APIs, SQL databases, JSON and external enterprise systems.
- Provide L1/L2/L3 application support, incident management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Troubleshoot ThingWorx production issues and perform performance optimization.
- Manage ThingWorx deployments, releases, upgrades and environment support across Dev, QA and Production.
- Configure and troubleshoot ThingWorx security, user access, monitoring and application health.
- Support industrial connectivity using Kepware, OPC-UA, MQTT and PLC integrations.
- Collaborate with business, manufacturing and cross-functional teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
- Support continuous improvement of scalable enterprise ThingWorx applications.
