Teamforce Labour PTS Civils Site Supervisor

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced PTS Civils Site Supervisor for a long-term position, starting Monday 12th October.

Rate: Negotiable

Start Date: Monday 12th October

Duration: Long-term

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate civils works on site.
  • Manage site operatives and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements.
  • Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inductions where required.
  • Ensure RAMS are understood and followed by all site personnel.
  • Monitor site health & safety and ensure compliance with Network Rail and site-specific procedures.
  • Coordinate plant, labour, and materials to maintain productivity.
  • Liaise with Site Management, Engineers, and other contractors.
  • Carry out quality checks and ensure works are completed to the required standard.
  • Maintain accurate site records and report progress, issues, and delays to management.

Requirements

  • Valid PTS
  • SSSTS or SMSTS
  • Valid CSCS
  • Previous experience supervising civils works within a rail environment.
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and safe systems of work.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
