The Packhorse Deputy Manager

Location: Royal Holloway Students’ Union

Salary: £32,060 - £35,786 per year

The role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of The Packhorse (Pub).

Working closely with the Packhorse Manager, you'll help deliver an excellent customer experience, lead operations during busy periods, support and develop the venue team, and ensure the smooth running of events and daily activities. You'll also maintain high standards of compliance and health and safety, and play an active role in driving business performance through promotions, service improvements and operational excellence.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Grade and salary range: Grade 5, £32,060 - £35,786. Salary is subject to RHSU’s Pay & Reward Policy.

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week. Working in the evening will be needed as part of the normal working pattern.
