Pub Supervisor - The Fife Arms Hotel, Braemar
We are delighted to announce that due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Pub Supervisor to join the Flying Stag Pub team at The Fife Arms Hotel, Braemar. You will support the Pub Manager and the Assistant Pub Managers in the operational management of the Flying Stag Pub, and in particular the running of service, achieving maximum sales and guest satisfaction. You’ll be supportive as well as hands on, greeting our guests with a smile, presenting menus, and making suggestions based on guest preferences - creating an exceptional experience which leaves a magical impression for our guests.
Our Successful Pub Supervisor Will Have
- Proven experience from within a similar hospitality environment.
- Emotional intelligence.
- The enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
- A willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
- The right to work in the UK – we are unable to secure work visas for this role.
