As a Pub Support Administrator my core purpose is to:
- Working together to create epic community pubs & provide great hospitality experiences
- Maximising business opportunities through supporting our Publicans and Management Partners
- Delivering the everyday, brilliantly, simply providing great admin & support via phone/email/e-queries as well as face to face
- Regionally or Concept aligned, providing admin support for Operations and other business areas where required.
Accountabilities
- Providing multi-skilled admin support i.e. raising purchase orders, ordering equipment, placing drinks orders, repairs, arranging couriers, approving invoices, dealing with queries, logging field staff holidays, administration of Appian based tasks
- Supporting the launch of Epic pubs including hosting regular meetings and communicating effectively with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Onboarding new acquisitions
- Giving brilliant service and meeting customer expectations, whilst keeping to departmental objectives
- Delivering any ad-hoc tasks as required and provide cover to the wider Business Support team
- Develop a deep understanding of our pubs, Publicans, Management Partners and our People
- Identify customer needs and deliver the best solution in line with business ways of working
- Proudly and confidently communicate all things Punch
- Provide high quality, administrative assistance to support in driving profit growth

- Actively build and maintain strong working relationships

- Customer focused – Ability to listen and respond to customers providing a quality service
- Effective working relationships - Ability to work in a team by demonstrating flexibility, a fun attitude and the ability to share knowledge

- Commercial awareness and industry knowledge

- Experience within a fast-paced administration environment is desirable
- Experience of working within Pub/Restaurant/Retail/Sales/Leisure/Tourism/Hospitality/Service industry desirable
- Use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Web, Apps and inhouse computer systems
- English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) - Grade 4/C or above (in both)
