Location: Waterloo Place, Edinburgh, with some flexible/hybrid working
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 pa plus discretionary bonuses and generous benefits

Linco is a young, vibrant, and fast-growing public affairs consultancy delivering strategic advice to a diverse range of clients. Founded in 2023, we became part of the Connect Group in 2025, an award-winning agency ranked in the PR Week UK Top 10 for public affairs. Based in central Edinburgh, we work with our Connect Group colleagues in offices in Westminster and Belfast.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate political developments, engage with decision-makers, and achieve their strategic objectives.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- At least one year's experience in a consultancy, public affairs, communications, political, policy, or similar role
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Developing consultancy skills
- Maintaining positive client relationships
- Identifying issues which might impact on client activity
- Actively developing new business ideas and initiatives
- Contributing to company success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Being well organized
- Highly motivated
- Ability to work under your own initiative
- Good interpersonal skills
