My client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Public Law Associate Solicitor to join their busy and well-established Family Department in their Bolton Office.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload of care and public law matters from instruction through to conclusion.
- Undertake advocacy where appropriate.
- Work independently while maintaining exceptional standards of client care.
- Supervise and support members of the public law team.
- Provide training and mentoring to colleagues where required.
- Support the Head of Department in managing the wider public law team.
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the department.

About You
- A minimum of 5 years' PQE in public law.
- Children Panel Accreditation.
- Significant experience managing care and public law cases.
- Strong advocacy skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills and experience using case management systems.
- Previous experience supervising or managing a team.
- A professional, approachable and client-focused attitude.
- Access to a car for business travel.
