Public M&A Associate | 3–6 PQE | Elite US Firm
We are working with an elite US law firm looking to add a 3–6 PQE associate to its growing London Public M&A practice.
The firm has a top-tier global M&A franchise and is investing significantly in its UK public M&A capability. The London team is seeing an increasing flow of sophisticated mandates across public takeovers, take-privates and cross-border M&A.
