🌍 Public Policy Manager – MENA
📍 UK Remote
📅 Contract: October 2026 – July 2027

We are recruiting for an experienced Public Policy Manager to join the MENA Public Policy team of a leading global technology organisation.
This is a varied role combining public policy, regional operations and online safety, supporting stakeholders across the Middle East and North Africa.
🔎 What you’ll be doing
- Monitor emerging policy issues and on-platform risks across MENA
- Identify trends and flag potential risks to Public Policy stakeholders
- Triage content and account-related requests from external partners
- Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve escalations
- Support account access, verification and ownership-related issues
- Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure appropriate closure
- Support multiple regional policy projects and workstreams
- Assist with team operations including contracts, budgets and regional coordination

⭐ What we’re looking for
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English – spoken, written and reading
- Strong knowledge of the MENA region and its social, cultural and policy landscape
- Experience in public policy, government affairs, policy operations, Trust & Safety, content operations, regulatory affairs or a related field
- Excellent research, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong organisational and project-management capability
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

➕ Desirable
- Technology, social media or digital-platform experience
- Experience working with governments, regulators or policy stakeholders
- Trust & Safety or content moderation/operations experience
- Knowledge of AI, privacy, online safety or technology regulation
Candidates should be comfortable working with stakeholders across MENA time zones and adapting to changing priorities.
