You will play a crucial role in identifying emerging risks, managing critical escalations, and driving strategic policy initiatives that safeguard the platform’s integrity and its users.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and evaluate emerging on-platform risks, safety threats, and political trends across the MENA region, enabling proactive intervention and strategic planning.
- Triage inbound content requests and partner escalations, detailing and resolving complex account tasks such as verifying account ownership, facilitating access restoration, and addressing high-priority partner issues.
- Collaborate seamlessly with sub-regional heads, country Points of Contact (PoCs), and internal safety teams to resolve complex issues and overcome operational blockages.
- Manage the team calendar, track quarterly operational budgets, process invoices, and ensure compliance with Strategy & Operations team guidelines.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Public Policy, Law, Politics, International Relations, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in policy, tech, or content moderation/operations within a platform environment.
- Native or professional-level fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken) is essential.
- Deep understanding of MENA’s social, cultural, political systems, and policy institutions.
- Strong grasp of key digital policy issues such as AI, privacy, and online safety.
