🚨 Hiring: Public Policy Manager – MENA | UK Remote
I’m currently looking for a Public Policy Manager to join the MENA Policy team of a leading global technology company.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about public policy, technology, regulation and the MENA region, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
🔹 What you’ll be doing
- Track and assess policy issues and emerging risks across the MENA region
- Monitor developments relating to online safety, Trust & Safety, fraud, scams and other on-platform risks
- Triage and manage account/content escalations from external partners
- Work with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve issues
- Identify the appropriate internal stakeholders and coordinate resolutions
- Support policy stakeholders across the region with escalations and access-related issues
- Maintain strong documentation and ensure timely case closure
- Support team operations, including budgets, contracts, invoicing and regional events

🔹 What we’re looking for
- Around 2 years of experience in public policy, policy operations, government affairs, regulatory affairs, technology or a related field
- Strong understanding of MENA social, cultural and political systems and the regional policy landscape
- Fluent Arabic and English, including strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent research, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with governments or public-sector stakeholders is highly desirable
- Exposure to technology operations, content moderation, Trust & Safety or AI is a plus
