B2B Tech PR: Account Director / Senior Account Director — Data-Driven Boutique Agency

Hybrid, London
£55,000 – £65,000 + new business commission + profit share

A senior leadership opportunity at a small, ambitious B2B tech communications agency that's entering an exciting phase of growth.

This is a specialist boutique working across fintech, cybersecurity and adtech, built around a simple conviction: that communications should drive measurable commercial outcomes, not just coverage. Everything they do combines data, technology and senior counsel and they've invested heavily in proprietary tools.

The agency recently brought in a new managing director with over a decade of senior comms experience across hyper-growth tech businesses. There's a clear plan to scale the business significantly over the next few years.

Clients include household-name AI and tech businesses, leading telecoms infrastructure, global adtech platforms, and a strong stable of venture-backed founder-led scale-ups across fintech and emerging tech.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
