B2B Tech PR: Account Director / Senior Account Director
Hybrid, London (1 day in office)
£55,000 – £70,000
A senior opportunity at an ambitious B2B technology communications agency that's rebuilding how it works around AI.
The client: B2B Technology Communications Agency
This is a specialist agency working with some of the most ambitious B2B technology companies in the world, bringing together PR, thought leadership, social, and growth marketing rather than doing traditional media relations alone.
- The client base spans deeptech, quantum computing, AI, fintech, space, and advanced manufacturing, from venture-backed start-ups through to global technology names, with coverage landing across tier-one business, national, and tech press.
- They're also building the agency around AI to produce better, higher-quality output — and they're specifically looking for people who are excited to build that alongside them.
- It's a small, senior team with a flat structure and fast decision-making, and international travel to client meetings and industry events is part of the role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The role: Account Director / Senior Account Director
- You'd lead a portfolio of B2B technology accounts, owning the strategy, the senior client relationships, and the commercial health of everything you run.
- You'd set the direction of the work, hold the quality bar for what the team ships, and grow the accounts.
- Alongside the strategic work, you'd line-manage the account team, own commercial performance including forecasting, resourcing, and margin, and support new business pitches.
- You'd oversee media strategy and step in personally on the relationships and stories that need seniority, own the reporting narrative for executive reviews, and manage escalations when they come.
- There's also a real emphasis on supporting how the agency builds with AI across accounts, raising the quality of strategy and content and helping set new ways of working more widely.
