We're working with a growing, owner-managed PR and Communications Agency, searching for a PR Account Director to join this talented team and play a key role in delivering great campaigns, building strong client relationships and helping shape the continued growth of the agency. Based in Leeds City Centre, they offer an empowering way of working, alongside a rewarding promotion scheme with the potential to progress into the agency's senior leadership team.
About You
- You will need to be an experienced Senior Account Manager or Account Director, with a passion for PR, communications and building strong relationships with both clients and the media.

Ideally, you will have experience within B2B PR and Communications, with a strong understanding of how to develop and deliver effective campaigns for business-focused audiences.

You will need excellent account management skills, with the ability to confidently manage client relationships, understand their needs and provide strategic advice, as well as bring great ideas to the table.
What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for creating positive coverage and delivering successful PR campaigns for clients across varied sectors.

Managing and developing strong client relationships, overseeing briefs and campaigns, and providing strategic PR and communications advice.

Building relationships with members of the press, identifying opportunities for clients, and evaluating media coverage, performing analysis and reporting back on results.

Where You'll Be Based
This agency works on a hybrid model of three days in the office. You will be based in Leeds City Centre and commutable from anywhere from Harrogate, Huddersfield, Bradford or York.
