PR Account Executive

Cellar Communications is looking for a PR Account Executive to join the growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic communications professional to develop their career within a fast-paced, creative agency environment. Cellar prides itself on a holistic creative strategy approach, not just traditional PR services – the applicant is to embody this in everything they do from pitching to event support.

The successful candidate will support a range of designated client accounts, working across media relations, brand strategy and the overall day-to-day running of accounts, closely alongside the PR Manager. Cellar is looking for someone who is organised, proactive and commercially minded, with a strong interest in PR and communications with a genuine desire to build their skills and experience.

As a close-knit agency, we offer the opportunity to work closely with both clients and senior team members, take on responsibility and play an active role in delivering high-quality work and achieving strong results for our clients.

PR Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day client liaison for all PR, brand strategy & special projects (when support is needed).
  • Support Cellar in strengthening client awareness and relevance in the British Fashion landscape through authentic conversations with both press and clients to help manage client expectations/direction.
  • Develop the ongoing agency wide calendar (client releases & moments, cultural moments, fashion weeks, holidays etc) to ensure everything is in one place.
  • Regularly sit down with clients to fully understand their release calendar and how we can support & action brand moments.
  • Support implementation of agency processes and ensure clients provide the necessary assets, copy, information, and marketing collateral when needed to drive results.
  • Action media outreach with support of AM & AA to secure coverage across long-lead, short-lead, digital, broadcast, and social platforms.
  • Shape and pitch narratives that elevate client positioning and align with cultural and media trends.
  • Oversee all sample tracking, editorial and VIP sent outs, and see that they are closely monitored on the client WIP.
  • Oversee client campaigns and activations from planning through execution, ensuring delivery on goals and timelines.
  • Consistently generate earned media coverage and develop proactive opportunities for clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with top editors, writers, influencers, substacks, social publishers and cultural voices.
  • Support account weekly and monthly reports to ensure on-time delivery at a high standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
