Role Description
The Public Relations Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for part of the work to be completed from home. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day client relationships, develop and execute PR strategies, and oversee campaign delivery for luxury and prestige brands. Responsibilities include:

- Drafting press releases and media materials
- Coordinating coverage opportunities
- Maintaining strong relationships with journalists, editors, and key influencers
- Monitoring media activity
- Reporting on campaign performance
- Advising clients on brand positioning and communication tactics

The Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging, support new business efforts, and contribute to the continual refinement of CuraConn’s strategic approach.
Qualifications
- Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience securing coverage and managing press interactions.
- Press Releases and communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, compelling materials tailored to luxury audiences.
- Account Management experience, including managing multiple clients, coordinating campaigns, and delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and media partners.
- Previous experience in luxury, lifestyle, or prestige brands is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across office and remote settings.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze campaign performance and media impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
