This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for a graduate who is hungry to learn, full of ideas, and ready to help build RBVE’s public profile at a time of real growth. You’ll work closely with the PR & Communications Manager to deliver proactive, creative PR that raises awareness of RBVE’s mission on a 12 month fixed term contract and based in Aylesford, Kent.

A big part of the role will be supporting PR for The Great Tommy Sleep Out (GTSO), our flagship fundraising campaign, where supporters across the country sleep outside for one night or more in March to raise vital funds for veterans facing homelessness. It brings this serious issue to the forefront and gives people an opportunity to take action and raise money to help.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
