About the Role

Are you a proactive recent graduate or just starting out agency-side, smashing client PR & socials, and looking to make the next big move in your career?

Based at the vibrant Royal Albert Dock, Think Publicity is a fast-paced, collaborative, and ambitious PR agency where big ideas meet real impact. Celebrating a national placemaking Purple Apple Award for our Albert Dock large-scale installation was a huge moment for the agency. We take immense pride in delivering creative, thoughtful events and campaigns for a wide roster of UK clients across heritage & tourism, property & PRS, hospitality, retail, and leisure. We work hard, celebrate every win together, and offer a collaborative environment where an ambitious Executive can make a genuine mark.

We are looking for an ambitious, creative PR & Content Executive to join our team at the Royal Albert Dock. This role is perfect for a talented PR, Journalism, or Creative Writing graduate who brings a relevant placement year or 1+ years of agency/in-house experience.

You will instinctively know when to leverage traditional PR versus modern digital content. You will help drive regional and national press coverage while getting hands-on with short-form video creation, client social media, and supporting events and activations.

If you are a confident communicator with great time management and a passion for creating social content that stops the scroll, apply now!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
