PR Coordinator

Up to £35,000
Manchester

Not every PR role gives you stories worth telling. This one does.

We’re working with a business that’s transforming overlooked places into thriving destinations. Their projects sit at the intersection of design, community, culture, and social impact, creating spaces that genuinely change how people live, work, and connect.

The Role:

This is far more than writing press releases behind a desk. You’ll take responsibility for PR across the business, working closely with the Head of Marketing to make sure the right stories reach the right audiences.

Your day-to-day could include:

  • Creating and pitching stories to regional, national, trade, and specialist media
  • Building strong relationships with journalists and identifying PR opportunities
  • Monitoring industry trends and finding opportunities to join wider conversations
  • Supporting journalists covering major project launches
  • Planning and delivering community consultation events
  • Building relationships with local stakeholders and gathering community feedback
  • Helping ensure communities have a genuine voice in projects that affect them
  • Managing multiple PR and engagement projects at once

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
